Probelm while trying to restore a database file

Hello

I'm using windows server 2003, plesk 10.4.4

I'm trying to restore a .sql database file throught Plesk 10.4.4 (phpMyAdmin) but while doing this, I get the following error:

I'm trying to restore a .sql database file which comes from another host, it's cPanel phpMyAdmin also and I succesfully exported the .sql file.
