problem plesk 10.4

hello to all
I have a problem
I have installed Plesk version 10.4 for Windows Server 2008
When I create a new customer or make a new plan to deal with the error message > > Internal error
Click on Ok button a few times when I'm dealing with the following error >> white page :

Service Unavailable
HTTP Error 503. The sevice is unavailable.

Please please help me!
