problem with apache memory usage

hi
in my old server i always have problem with Apache memory usage and i change my server to new one with faster cpu.
migrate all domains and customers to new server via migrate agent.
after that i still have problem with Apache memory usage. i always got error in Health monitoring system.
this is screen shot of my plesk and my memory usage in top command.

any idea what is the problem ? and how do i can solve this ?
