Issue Problem with google drive api and my program

Hello, I am having a problem with the url that google drive returns to me on my plesk server, it is returning a 403 error. On my local development server, which is a XAMPP, it will not generate the error. I have disabled ModSecurity and even so I can not remove the error, if I modify the url that google drive is returning me if the 403 error is removed but the api does not work. Then I leave the original url and the modified one that if you remove the error to see if they can help me.
