Problems creating PostgreSQL db.

I'm getting the following error when trying to create a postgre sql database from plesk:

Have you tried resetting the admin password?

yeah! it seems that my instalation was buggy for some reason, SW-Soft techs solved the issue reinstalling the Plesk PostgreSQL rpm's and solved the issue.
