Question Problems with Nginx and animations / forms /anchors - german / english

If calculations via Apache instead of nginx were selected in the server settings, can the tool "Caching (nginx)" still be used or must nginx be used as a web server?

With Nginx we unfortunately always have problems with some plugins. For example, certain elements that are provided with animations no longer appear (random / calculation time is set high enough), form calculations only work randomly a few and there have also been conflicts with anchor links in the smoothscroll and permalinks for subpages. Is there any information that could help us?

When "Proxy Mode" and "Smart Static Files Processing" are checked, Nginx sorts out all static content to serve through Nginx. Everything static that Nginx serves it can also cache. It will not cache dynamic content like .php scripts.

Regarding permalinks: When you use Nginx-only hosting (when you disable "Proxy Mode") you need to add a transcription to nginx syntax of the rewrite rules that in an Apache environment are located in your .htaccess file to the "Additonal nginx directives" section on the "Apache & Nginx" configuration page. This here could be a start:
