psa.scheduler.exe service - mem leak?

Is there a memory leak in psa.scheduler.exe from version 7.0.0 build 040722 ?

It seems to be gaining 3-5k of memory usage each night.

I didn't catch this until recently after the server had been up a while and the scheduler was using 217k. After restarting the service it went down to 17k and it's been slowly going up ever since.
