Q-mail not waiting for 220 ?

Goodday,

From our Plesk server we have problems sending to Lotus Notes mailserver...
Problem seems to be that it takes quit some time before the 220 message pops up....

The maillog files show that q-mail starts the delivery..however "the_connection_died" !

The other server can receive mail from all over the world...but not from our q-mail box..:(

Any Ideas ???
