qmail invalid HELO

I am sending email via my server through a domain I have set up in plesk. It seems that qmail is sending the mail using the IP address assigned to that domain (217.64.125.230), but using the base hostname of the server (web1.donorstrategy.com). So when checking DNS with dnsstuff dnsreport I get this:

mail.donorstrategy.com claims to be host web1.donorstrategy.com [but that host is at 217.64.125.229 (may be cached), not 217.64.125.230]

Not sure how well I explained that...any thoughts would be much appreciated
