Qmail Keeps Restarting Gives Site Errors For SSI and CGI

Having issues with Qmail keep restarting. I looked in the logs and saw nothing fishy other than multiple SMTP/Qmail connections and that qmail had shutdown and had started itself. However the main problem is when it does this it makes my SSI's on my entire site cough up errors saying "[an error occurred while processing this directive] " and my CGI/Perl scripts gives a 500 Internal Error. After about 20 seconds and qmail has started itself back, everything is fine.

This action is also visible in the Plesk Control Panel where SMTP/Qmail shows a red X and then starts back showing green.

Please help or give me any ideas why this may be happening?
