qmail server arguments improvement.

I would like Plesk to add the following extra server arguments to /etc/xinetd.d/smtp(s)_psa by default.

Add the '-Rt0' argument by default so smtp works better out of the box .. with no delay.

And add '-v' after 'rblsmtpd' to enable the RBL logging so that admin's can judge the effectivity of DNS blacklists.

Hmm i see '-v' is not supported (anymore) by rblsmtpd.

How can logging be enabled for rblsmtpd ?
