Qmail - Spam !!!

Hi friends, I have a big problem of SPAM. I don´t solution it.

My Server support Fedora Core 2, Plesk 8

I have the following patches in Qmail:

someone can help me, and tell me what I need to install in it? The server need to be safe, totally safe, and nobody may send it the SPAM...

Think you need spamassassin to filter the spam, not sure if version 8.1 has spamassassin (http://spamassassin.apache.org/) already installed otherwise:
