Resolved Ram or CPU for Plesk ?

Just a little question...

what is the preferred component for Plesk to host websites : CPU or RAM ?

for exemple If I have the choice between this 2 config :
1 vCore(s)
2,4 GHz
6 Go de RAM
25 Go HD

and

2 vCore(s)
2,4 GHz
2 Go de RAM
40 Go SSD
