• Please be aware: Kaspersky Anti-Virus has been deprecated
With the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.64, "Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Servers" will be automatically removed from the servers it is installed on. We recommend that you migrate to Sophos Anti-Virus for Servers.
  • The Horde webmail has been deprecated. Its complete removal is scheduled for April 2025. For details and recommended actions, see the Feature and Deprecation Plan.
  • We’re working on enhancing the Monitoring feature in Plesk, and we could really use your expertise! If you’re open to sharing your experiences with server and website monitoring or providing feedback, we’d love to have a one-hour online meeting with you.

Release announcement: ClamAV for Postfix, 0.4.2

atomicturtle

Golden Pleskian
ClapF a Postfix Anti-Spam module, 0.4.2-0.2 This is the second release for ClapF a drop in mail scanner for environments using Postfix (including Plesk). Much like qmail-scanner, this installs in with minimal configuration required. It supports multiple AV scanners, spamassassin, quarantining, etc. Implemented in C, clapf is currently designed to run as a dedicated daemon. Connections from postfix are proxied through clapf for content analysis. The scoring system is somewhat different than spamassassin, so a large part of this initial implementation is as much about looking at its effectiveness as issues with integration. By default clapf will only tag messages as spam, although it does support score based deletion.

Features currently implemented:
- ClamAV Anti-Virus
- Drweb Anti-Virus
- Avast Anti-Virus
- Kaspersky Anti-Virus
- Spamassassin
- Quarantine suppor
