  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

I get an error to fix reverse DNS when sending e-mails so how do i fix it?

Usually by asking tech support from your datacenter to configure the Reverse DNS for the IP of your server, IF your server is in a datacenter, obviously.

Paste the error output so we can tell for sure if thats the case.

i manage my own server with plesk and have bought domains from domeneshop in norway. Is it my account with domenshop i have to set reverse DNS?

Okay, but where is your server located at? In a datacenter? Inside your company?

If it is in a datacenter, you just need to ask the datacenter's tech support to configure the reverse DNS of your IP to whatever hostname you need.

If it is inside your company, that is usually done by the link/IP provider or the person responsible for network management inside your company, normally the one taking care of DNS servers and/or IP delegations.

Cheers.

My server is at my house as i have a fiberline 100/100Mbps.And i manage my own server

You also have had to buy an IP address for your server. Ask these who sell you an IP address to add appropriate REV DNS entry for a given domain.

I saw on the domain provider that my ISP must make the Reverse DNS for me

And thats exactly what intosh and myself said. You need, in your particular case, to ask your link provider to configure your reverse dns.
