Question run php script when receiving email according to its prefix

I have created the list-unsubcribe header for the mailto format something like this <mailto: [email protected]>

now I would need to detect the prefix "unsubscribe-" on the mail server in this case postfix and execute a php in order to automatically unsubscribe the user.

try transport even with an aliases but I always get that the address doesn't exist and it doesn't run the php, someone knows how I should configure postfix to run a php when it detects the prefix in the mail, since the option in plesk is not available.
