Running up2date in Redhat with Plesk 9.3 installed

I have installed Plesk 9.3 into a Redhat Linux server. If I need to run up2date in future, any rpm need to add to the excluded list? or suggested not to run up2date?

As far as I know it is absolutely safe - up2date RH where Plesk has been installed.
