• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Hi,
My Plesk:
Plesk Obsidian Web Pro Edition
Version 18.0.21 Update #5

Disk size:
root@xxx:~# df /tmp -h
Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on
/dev/sda1 79G 36G 40G 47% /

When I ask for Download from the Backup Manager, I have
Backup size 3.60 GB (this addition) + 153 MB (previous additions) + 7.59 GB (initial backup) = 11.3 GB

I just get on my computer is a .xml.tar file of 1.53 Kb containing just a directory of size 0

How can I donwload a full server backup?
