Question Server-side php components as well as plesk components

New Pleskian
Server operating system version
Debian 10.13
Plesk version and microupdate number
Plesk Obsidian 18.0.65 Update #2 Web Host Edition
Hello.

We have our dedicated server type Web Host Edition with Debian and Plesk Obsidian always up to date. We also have several domains and web applications using PHP versions 8.1 and up.

We do not use, in any of our projects, versions 7x and 8.0. And it is not in our plans to use these unsupported versions.

We want to know:
1. Does having 7x and 8.0 versions active (even if they are not used) make the server consume resources of any kind?
2. If I remove these components from the servers, will anything be deconfigured? I ask this because we don't know if plesk (or some of its services like Extensions, laravel, node, etc) has any relation with these deprecated PHP versions.
3. If it is safe to disable them, what is the best way to do it, option 1 or option 2? Look at the image:

Thanks for the support

They will consume space but otherwise not really.

Extensions are ran under the same PHP level as Plesk (since they're under the same vhost) and Plesk usually utilizes the lates or second to latest PHP version.
3. If it is safe to disable them, what is the best way to do it, option 1 or option 2? Look at the image:
If you want to ensure no one truly needs to use the second option to disable the ability to use the older version for a few weeks, once confirmed no one really needs it then you can choose to uninstall them using the first option to remove it.
