Server Wide backup as Root

clops

Basic Pleskian
I am tired of fixing the error messages during server wide backups which sound like "For security reason backup is performed on behalf of subscription system user.", I have quite a few web applications which generate temp files and stuff, which literally break the server-wide backup procedure :( Is there any way to make a server-wide backup as Root?

Hello,

You can do it through "/usr/local/psa/bin/pleskbackup" command ,Please check the options and run this command on your server through SSH

Code:
[root@server ~]# /usr/local/psa/bin/pleskbackup --help
Usage: pleskbackup <command> [<options>] <arguments>

Commands:

  server Backs up whole Plesk.

resellers-name Backs up selected resellers. Reseller's logins are read from command line,
space-separated. If no resellers provided, backs up all resellers
                 on the host.
