Service Unavailable

I am new to plesk and have it installed on a Windows 2003 64 bit server.

I am trying to run a ASP.NET 2 application on the server but get the following.

I can't seem to understand plesk as I cannot get the ASP.NET tab to show in IIS.

Any ideas as it works perfectly on my other server without plesk?

Hi,

Most probably that you have 32 bit version of .net framework.

As to "Server Application Unavailable" message, it means that application pool is unable to start in some reason. Look into Event log to find out exact error message.

We had the same issue here.

Installation of ASP.NET v.2.0

ERROR OCCURRED
Sites not running !?!?!

SOLUTION

1.Uninstall ASP.NET v2.0

2.Start->Programs->SWSoft->Plesk->Plesk Reconfigurator -- Repair Plesk Installation

3.Restart IIS

Fixed !

So in order to have our other sites "up n' running" we unistalled the ASP.NET v.2.0 temporarily!
