Several Problems with Counter Strike Module

I've recently used the GameServer Module For Counter Strike. After making 2 Counter Strike
Source Servers. I've ran into serveral problems which include:

1. Unable to Access RCON
2. Unable to install plugins (Mani Admin Plugin)
3. Server Name is always "Counter Strike Source Server" =
despite entering the server name in the config.
4. How do you edit the config file if there is nothing to edit.

I've re-entered the settings several times but no success.

Here are some screenshots to help you.

Advanced Config (The one you do commands) - http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v206/Thunderballer/Config.jpg

Yepp, I've installed the module myself yesterday. It is very poor.
About the config file - it is the server.cfg actually, so you can make one of your own (there are templates on the web, google it) and you can copy-paste the text into a "new config" file on module interface.

My problem is this: How am I supposed to set the tickrate? When I was using the commandline to start the server I would put it as "-tickrate 100" but since there is no option for command line parameteres here, I dont know where to put it, so my server now is running on tic 33, which sucks.

For 5 euros monthly i pay for this sucky module I would really expect more.
