Hello,

I have a windows 2003.net server wiht mailenable enterprise (latest edition) installed with Plesk 8.1.0 control panel.

Few weeks back, i faced a problem where my SMTP incoming queue was not releasing messages and holding all messages. I deactivated the antivirus software on my server and emails starting flowing.

Now i have another problem. I have 2000 message stuck in my SF connector incoming queue?

Please help me? I couldnt figure out the problem. I am also using MEFilter.

MTA problem

Hello,

I figured out tht my MEFilter was crushing. I got the following error message in the MTA log:

ME-MTA-ERROR: Pre Pickup Event (C:\program files\swsoft\plesk\mail servers\mail enable\MEFilter\mefilter.exe xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.MAI SmTP) needed to be terminated because its execution time exceeded the specific limit. YOu should consider reducing the number of transfer threads or contact the provider of the pickup event for support

I decreased the number of transfer threads from 8 down to 5. Its working now but 2000 messages are still stuck in the SF incoming queue.

How to release them?
