Site Builder sites load Slow

I'm running site builder on windows and my customers sites run terribly slow especially one of them using the E Shop. Would a ram upgrade help?

Please make sure that Parallels Sitebuilder server is configured according to the Requirements list that are available at http://www.parallels.com/en/products/sitebuilder/reqs. Below limits may cause long time loads.
