SiteBuilder eShop publishes blank

We have a customer who, when their eShop is published, it is nothing but the header bar. When in preview mode, the shop displays properly. I have tried removing all files from the customers account and republishing, to no avail. Any idea as to what would be causing this problem would be greatly appreciated.
