sitepreview PHP array issues

Hi,

We are running Plesk 8.1.1 on an RHES 3 box

I have a page with the following snippet of code which works fine when run over a normal connection but when run via the sitepreview it fails to return any content.

Is this a known bug, are there any workarounds?
