Sites got disabled?

Hi,
I have very strange issues on my plesk server.
Some times, (about every 2/3 weeks) i find my server has almost all sites disabled in IIS, mailenable and FTP.
I have to go to IIS and activate all sites, one by one, then go to plesk and activate all accounts mail service one by one, and then go to computer management and activate all user accounts.

Does anyone know what coud be causing this?
My costumers are geting tired of this and I have already lost some.

I thought Ensim was a nightmare...

Most probably that you have Plesk backup scheduled task with suspending domains and Plesk panel option enabled.
Switch off this option and domain will not be disabled during Plesk backing up.

That option was active.
Looks like this was the problem.
