Some questions

Hello,

I've recently got a server Linux with plesk. But I have some questions about this software :

1. How can I access the php configuration file php.ini (where is it located ?) ?

2. How can I delete a domain (or even a sub-domain) ? Each time I try to delete one, I get this message :

Unable to delete hosting: Impossible de supprimer l'utilisateur Web : Unable to delete system user regis: SysUser->systemRemove() failed: usermng failed: usermng: Unable to set quota for user 'regis'
