Spam Assassin Scores

I notice that some rule sets do not have score fields (score SARE_ADLTSUB3 2.500 # type=obfu).

Where does the spam rule obtain the scrore in these cases and how can I change it?

I've looked there too. It's just that some rules don't appear to have scores and I was wondering where they get their scores from...
