Spamassassin - i want to install it

Spamassassin - i want to install it but...

Hi,
I've got Plesk 7.5 on a Fedora Core 2. I can't activated spamassassin from Plesk because : "Ability to use SpamAssassin Off
" but i want install it by my self.
I launched yum for to do the installation but spamassassin always installed....
How can I do for activated spamassassin? I'm obliged to uninstall the default spamassassin for install it?
Can anyone help me please?

Head over to AtomicRocketTurtles.com site and there is lots of information on how to configure a PSA box to use spamassassin, clamAV and qmail-scanner without PSA support.

You need to add his channels to your /etc/yum.conf file and then yum install spamassassin clamd qmail-scanner and it will put all items where you need them. If you want your users to be able to play with spamassassin then you might want to install his squirrelmail package.
