Hi all,
Same issue as Messages from whitelisted mail servers are rejected or quarantined by the Postfix mail handlers
When a sending domain which has a hard fail in its spf record sends to a domain on a plesk server using external spam filters, then it rejects mail from the sending domain as the Plesk filters fail the spf check for that domain, as it should.
Adding the spam filter IPs to the whitelist doesnt work with Postfix, the recommendation in the article above is to change to Qmail, which Id really not prefer to do.
Is there a way to fix this behavior on Postfix?
Just to add I have a work around in place by adding the IPs to the SPF local rules, but whitelisting IPs should bypass the SPF check?
Cheers
Dave
