PROBLEM DESCRIPTION
After the update from Obsidian 18.0.26 to 18.08.27, the hosting settings cannot be updated on a website.

ACTUAL RESULT

Database error
ERROR: DB query failed: SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1062 Duplicate entry '11-example' for key 'pd_id', query was: insert into pd_users (`id`,`login`,`account_id`,`pd_id`) VALUES ('0','example','136','11')

EXPECTED RESULT

Hosting settings can be changed

I imported a backup. In 10.0.26 the hosting settings can be changed. After that I only carried out the update to 10.0.27. The error occurs.
