SSL integration with nginx

Installed self-signed SSL through panel and assigned it to domain.
nginx seems to be denying all requests via https.
Not sure why??
With nginx disabled https works.

nginx config files for domain look like they have been generated correctly in vhosts
server blocks contain ssl entries.
Confused why this isn't working

Any help would be appreciated
