statistics now working new help to fix the problem

Stats on server not wokring no awstats no normal stats

permission denied when going in to stats

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /plesk-stat/webstat on this server.

Get error messages about permissions like below

Its just a permisiion problem it was quit easy to figure out in the end as the statistics folder is not 755 so nothing can execute
