Hi,
I'm with a hosting company running Plesk 9.2.3 on my domain www.tech-ideas.net.
I have a subdomain - www.forum.tech-ideas.net with phpBB installed. I had a permissions problem and so had to move the phpbb install to a new directory inside the subdomain directory. The file structure is basically:
/subdomains/httpdocs/phpBB3/
Basically to use the forum I have to use the url - www.forum.tech-ideas.net/phpBB3
Is there anyway I can redirect the subdomain to load the files from the phpBB3 folder without having to type that on the end?
For example instead of having to type www.forum.tech-ideas.net/phpBB3 - the user could type in www.forum.tech-ideas.net and it redirect and load the /phpBB3 folder.
Hope this is making sense.
I searched the problem and noticed a few scripts flying around but I didn't know how to use it so thought I would ask.
Thanks.
