Subdomain shows Apache test page

If I create a subdomain in Plesk, I get the Apache test page. Here's an example: test.citrusweb.nl.
What can be the problem?

I use Plesk 11.0.9 #13.
 
Have you tried vhosts reconfiguration with httpdmng utility? Something like

/usr/local/psa/admin/bin/httpdmng --reconfigure-all
