Suspension Page function

Rather than turning the whole sites dns off thereneeds to be a facility to display a site suspended page

the current scenario causes clients to think the server is down or worse...

Please can we get something like this sorted out

Oh that would be brilliant

It will save a lot of phone calls and people screaming that the server is down instead of it just being their site suspended

I would also like to vote for this feature to be prioritised. Competing control panels have had this functionality for 6+ years and unfortunately Plesk 9.3 still has yet to have this essential feature.
