symbolic links restriction causes 502 bad gateway on subfolders for shared IP domains

RJBRJB

New Pleskian
I'm getting 502's on subfolders when enabling symbolic links restriction for domains on a shared IP. Static IPs are allowed to have this configuration setting enabled.

Not sure what's going on here. I suspect there's a problem or limitation with nginx config file compilation by Plesk for domains on a shared IP due to many of the nginx settings requiring use of the IP and not the vhost domain name.

If anyone is getting 502's on subfolders for their domains stop pulling your hair out checking your nginx included directives and see if you have this setting set for any domains that share an IP. Disable it on all the domains sharing the IP and you should be good to go.

Anyone from Plesk team have a word on this?
