test.cgi only shows file content

Hi. When I try go to the test.cgi of newly created vhosts, only the content of the file is shown as plain text. I activated perl support in the subdomain options, mod_perl in apache server wide config. still the code is not run but instead displayed: http://op.freakyonline.de/cgi-bin/test/test.cgi

Can someone help me with this?
