I keep getting this error... I restart DNS but it stops again....

I see in year-old posts that installing MS DNS is what is recommended - IS THAT STILL THE recommendation to fix this? Well, I changed to MS DNS and that seemed to work...

But I still have one domain that won't resolve and there are no errors !

Any ideas on this?
