Question Trying to sign up for the plesk360, getting error message

hi, newbie here guys. Sorry for the stupid question, but I am trying to sign up for the plesk360 and I keep getting the message:
"The server's hostname or IP address does not match the certificate's altnames."

Where can I check/change the altname/hostname? the server address is only one... confused.
