• Please be aware: Kaspersky Anti-Virus has been deprecated
With the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.64, "Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Servers" will be automatically removed from the servers it is installed on. We recommend that you migrate to Sophos Anti-Virus for Servers.

Question Unable to access the module position in Prestashop appearance!

New Pleskian
Server operating system version
Debian 10.13
Plesk version and microupdate number
Plesk Obsidian Version 18.0.49
Hello everyone,

I acquired a private VPS (8 Go) OS Debian 10.13 and under Plesk Obsidian at OVH.

When installing PrestaShop, I had several issues at base fixed (didn't know there was a need) with Nginx Additional Directives (proxy_buffer_size 128k; proxy_buffers 4 256k; proxy_buffers 4 256k; proxy_busy_buffers_size 256k ;) .

The problem I see now is that I can't access the "position" of the modules in the appearance! I have a 500 error. Both on a 1.7.8 and 8 and both PHP 7... and PHP 8!

I still have an old server at another host who also uses Plesk but I don't have this problem so I don't know if I should change a setting? or if someone else has the same problem as me.

Thank you for you precious help

Stephanie
