Unable to move accounts

I am attempting to move clients/resellers off of an 8.1.1 Windows plesk box to a 9.2.1 Windows plesk box, however, all of the migrations are failing. The error which is occurring in the conflicts.log file is:

[03-Sep-2009 11:18:35] Error: Dump is not valid due to internal unique resources conflict (Class [DB Name] value [admin_mysql3f409a0cffc057fe1963284702781914:mysql:localhost:3306])


Any help would be appreciated.
