Issue Unexpected plesk server down or hang for few seconds

Hello Guys, please help me in this issue multiple times unexpected plesk server down or hang for few seconds. I fix many issues in my server but server and sites getting down multiple times in a day for 30 seconds to 1 minutes

i already set Apache restart interval (seconds) 0 and install watchdog but still issue
i already was set disable SELinux still issue and then enable SELinux
I already plesk repair all -v but still issue

So Please help in this issue if anyone know this issue

Wrong approach.
Instead, do this:
- Set the Apache restart interval to at least 600 seconds.
- Follow this article to change Apache to graceful restarts: How to enable/disable Apache graceful restart in Plesk
