Uninstall an application from the application vault

Hello,

I running pleask 9.3 in one of my servers. I have the application vault package and two domains have oscommerce installed. The version for the oscommerce is 2.2 which is exploited easily. I want to uninstall from the application vault asap but I can´t because system says until two domains uninstall it it can´t be uninstalled.

Anybody knows how can I do it manually?

I know an answer is talk with your clients but I need another option...
