Update failed centralized Mail Server 8.6 - 9.0

Good afternoon, we have upgraded a centralized server's mail 8.6 to 9.0 and gave ruling. The ruling is that the mail coming into Outlook or another manager mails come in white, mime format. Somebody can help us?

Hi,
It happened the same to me when my provider upgraded to 9.0
I fixed it restarting the Qmail service. Hope it helps.

Deactivating the policies of SPF server "Enable SPF for protection from spam" because it works well, the active and qmail starts to send and receive emails without encoding blank. Plesk is a Bug that is not documented, we use centos5 for what it is worth.
