Update Key

I have a key that i own, it is an old key for 8.6.0
can i update my key to 9.5? without paying ?

If you have a valid SUS then yes. If not then no - your key is only valid for 8.x.

If i try to buy "Plesk - Software Maintenance (SUS) Renewal and Reinstatement"
i get this error message that says "SUS is expired"
Any idea what i can do ?
