Updated to Plesk 9.5, Server Down...Help!

Hi,

I just updated our version of Plesk from 8.2 to 9.5 on Windows server and am now getting this error - help all our sites are down! I've tried restarting all services but nothing has helped:


ERROR: SWKeyExFatalError
error: C:/Program Files/SWsoft/Plesk/admin/repository/lock/repository: cannot create: Permission denied
