Resolved Updates and Upgrades page cannot be opened: it just loads continuously

Greetings. I know this is an issue that has been covered BUT... I cant open Updates and Upgrades. 8447 is open. It was working just fine. I was just trying to upgrade to Onyx. Updates and Upgrades actually loaded, but didn't download the installer after 45 mins of waiting.. I then tried to install from the command line and discovered bug #PPPM-5517. Returning back to the panel immediately after, I discovered that the upgrades page wont load/connect at all. I just sits and spins... Of course, I've restarted the panel and rebooted to check... Any ideas?

PS: Any idea when the fix for PPPM-5517 may be in? Thanks in advance for any guidance.

Yes! The installer process was running in service mode. I killed it and Voila! Thank you so much!
