ok i don't know the IP to The Client Temp URL

is there a way to fix this? last time i know it was https://IP/~accountname?

If you mean service users (or web users) that can be created under Domains > domain name > Web Users,
access URL for them looks like http://your-domain.com/~username
Does it work such a way?
